Job responsibilities

  • Cooking of Chinese Cuisine
  • Menu Planning and Costing
  • Provide accurate recipes with appropriate training to the line cooks enabling them to deliver consistent food product.
  • Control and direct the food preparation process
  • Up to date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • Minimized wastage of goods through good practice of First Expired First Out

Requirement

  • Valid food hygiene certification compulsory.
  • Teamwork is required in the kitchen
