Job Summary

Support marketing, business development, recruitment, events, and operational functions to drive organizational growth and engagement through effective coordination, communication, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

  • Manage and update career portals, website content, and social media channels to enhance brand visibility
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials and track campaign effectiveness
  • Distribute leads and monitor campaign performance metrics to optimize business development efforts
  • Support preparation and submission of regulatory documents to ensure compliance

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews to streamline hiring processes
  • Screen candidates and manage recruitment pipelines to maintain a qualified talent pool
  • Maintain candidate databases and conduct timely follow-ups with applicants
  • Support organization and participation in career fairs and recruitment events to attract talent

Events & Client Engagement

  • Organize team bonding activities, meetings, seminars, and client appreciation events to foster engagement
  • Coordinate venue sourcing, registration processes, RSVPs, and event logistics to ensure smooth execution

Operations & Administration

  • Prepare presentation slides and meeting materials to support internal and external communications
  • Coordinate travel bookings and manage expense claims to facilitate staff mobility
  • Manage document filing, record keeping, and meeting room bookings to maintain operational efficiency

Reporting & Tracking

  • Monitor adviser, recruitment, and lead conversion pipelines to assess progress and identify opportunities
  • Prepare monthly reports on KPIs, recruitment status, and event participation to inform management decisions
  • Track marketing and seminar performance metrics to evaluate impact and guide improvements
