Accounts Executive

Job Description

  • Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or within a team;
  • Handle month end closing for a portfolio of companies;
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
  • Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing, payroll, bookkeeping & accounting;
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in external audit, outsourcing function within corporate service providers or accounting in business.
  • Degree in Accountancy, CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia or other equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Sincere and committed, good time management and problem-solving skill, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently within fast-paced environment, effective verbal, and written communication skill
  • Familiar with SFRS, IFRS and generally acceptable accounting practices;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, accounting and payroll software.

Exposure to the use of AI and automation toolsin accountancy industry.
