TILING SUPERVISOR

Our Is Company is open to hire position of qualified Construction Supervisor / Consultant.

Requirements:

• With minimum 10 years' experience for All kinds of construction works.
• Must be familiar with Hacking & Tiling works.
• Able to Solve problems in construction sites.
• Able to Save Cost for company.
• A plus point if able to secure jobs into company.
• Read, interpret, and implement layouts and specifications from architectural drawings. Site Assessments: Evaluate surfaces, ensure proper slope for drainage, and calculate material requirements (tile quantities, grout, adhesives).
• Establish project completion timelines and ensure the team stays on schedule and within budget. Crew Leadership & Training Team Supervision: Direct and schedule tile installers and apprentices, assigning daily tasks effectively. Mentorship: Train junior staff on complex installation techniques, precise cutting, and finishing methods.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of materials (checking for moisture or damage) and inspect completed work to ensure alignment and aesthetic quality. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot on-site issues (e.g., uneven substrates or structural flaws) and coordinate with other trades.
• Ensure all personnel comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, including the proper use of PPE and dust-control equipment.
