Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments and basic aesthetic procedures.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Maintain treatment records, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and hygienic.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and support doctors during simple procedures when required.

Requirements

• Beauty or skincare certification preferred.
• Experience in a beauty salon or aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and professional.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

工作职责

• 为顾客提供专业面部护理、美容护理及基础医美护理服务。
• 根据顾客肤质进行皮肤分析，并推荐适合的护理疗程及产品。
• 确保治疗室、仪器及工具保持整洁卫生，并符合卫生标准。
• 建立及维护顾客档案，安排预约及提供售后跟进服务。
• 为顾客提供专业、细心及优质的服务体验，建立长期客户关系。
• 协助诊所日常营运，包括库存管理及护理用品准备。
• 在需要时协助医生进行简单疗程准备及基础辅助工作。
• 持续提升专业知识及护理技巧，确保服务质量。

我们希望您具备

• 拥有美容、美肤或相关专业证书者优先。
• 具美容院或医美诊所相关工作经验者优先。
• 熟悉面部护理及皮肤护理知识。
• 良好的服务态度及沟通能力。
• 工作认真负责，注重细节，具团队合作精神。
• 能配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作。
