Job Summary

Our clinic seeks a part-time Clinic Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to manage patient interactions, support medical staff, and maintain clinic operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly to create a welcoming environment and facilitate smooth patient flow
  • Register patients accurately to ensure complete and correct patient information for medical records
  • Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow and patient convenience
  • Perform cashiering duties to process payments accurately and maintain financial records
  • Type medical reports clearly and accurately to support clinical documentation and patient care
  • Maintain medical records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with data management standards
  • Assist doctors during procedures as needed to support clinical operations and patient care
  • Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the clinic premises to uphold a safe and professional environment

Working hours

Weekday afternoons (1300h-1730h)

Saturdays (0830-1300h)

Some flexibility in the working hours may be required
