Operations/Commercial Executive

- Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and billing documents.
- Assist with purchasing activities whenever required
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and vendors on operational matters.
- Coordinate and maintain proper records of administrative and project-related documents (e.g. work reports)
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
