Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts, including customer relationships, forecasting to the factory, inventory management, and meeting monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the factory and Japan headquarters on shipment schedules, sample requests, and R&D activities.
- Support sales activities with existing and new customers to create new business opportunities.
- Assist the Finance Department with accounts receivable collection from customers.
- Be willing to travel in the region to support customers or follow up on sales leads.
- Help the Sales Manager with preparing sales reports.
- Be open to traveling overseas, especially to India and Indonesia, to explore new business opportunities.
