Remuneration & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: $2,700 – $3,000 (Depending on experience) + Bonus + Incentives

  • Annual Leave: 14 Days

Working Hours

  • Options: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    OR

    9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Note: Must be open to working on weekends and public holidays when required (rostered).

Key Responsibilities

As a core member of our service team, you will:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Warmly handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional service support.

  • Understand Client Needs: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements with care and professionalism.

  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless, smooth service delivery.

  • Provide Care: Offer professional assistance and a helping hand to customers when they need it most.

Requirements

  • Industry Comfort: Comfortable working within the funeral services industry (an environment that requires empathy and respect).

  • Mindset: A positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a high sense of responsibility.

  • Experience (Bonus): Prior experience in a call-center or hotel/hospitality environment is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.
