Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to plan, coordinate, and deliver M&E works for construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion through collaboration with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction, engineering, and technical drawings along with project specifications to prepare for M&E works commencement
• Supervise and monitor M&E works progress to meet project schedules and construction milestones
• Ensure all M&E installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements
• Lead and contribute to site, coordination, technical, and progress meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to resolve project issues
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and authorities to facilitate smooth project execution and site operations
• Prepare, maintain, and submit detailed site reports, progress reports, engineering documentation, and project records to support project tracking and compliance
• Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and statutory requirements consistently on site
• Execute additional engineering or project-related duties as assigned by Management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience in M&E engineering, building services, or construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation management
• Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with project stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team environment
