We are a signage company that design, fabricate and install signage. We are seeking to hire an admin to assist in factory scheduling and ordering of materials.
Training will be provided.
Key requirements
1.Able to understand signage drawings and dimensions.
2.Well verse in MS office software.
3. Able to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
4. Work closely with production supervisor and check progress in workshop.
Key Responsibilities
1. To update daily factory progress.
2. To assist to prepare daily schedule for next day installations.
3. To work out bill of materials and check stock with factory supervisor to order raw materials.
4. To create content list, Monitor & maintain drawing filing record in server by designers.
