We are seeking a motivated and business-driven Business Development Executive to help expand the company’s client base, secure new service contracts, strengthen customer relationships, and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the company identify new business opportunities and contribute actively to expanding the business in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for cleaning services, logistics services, and manpower supply operations.
  • Approach potential corporate clients and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Generate new sales leads and actively participate in business development activities.
  • Prepare quotations, service proposals, business presentations, and contract discussions with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and industry demand.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure service satisfaction and business retention.
  • Coordinate with operations teams regarding service deployment, manpower planning, and project execution.
  • Support business expansion initiatives and assist management in developing growth strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements with prospective clients.
  • Attend client meetings, networking opportunities, and business discussions when required.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Prepare regular business development and sales reports.
  • Provide operational support during urgent business situations when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Client Management, Logistics Coordination, or related roles.
  • Previous experience in service-based industries, logistics, manpower supply, or facility management will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop professional business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Good organizational and planning abilities.
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated working attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced SME business environment.
  • Strong willingness to contribute toward company growth and expansion.

Working Commitment

  • Monday to Saturday – Regular working schedule.
  • Candidate must be willing to work on Sundays and Public Holidays whenever business operations require urgent support.
  • Flexible working arrangements may be required depending on operational demands.
