Senior Quantity Surveyor (ACMV Industrial Projects)

Salary: Up to $6,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support ACMV industrial projects, with strong involvement in tendering, contract administration, and project costing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full scope of quantity surveying activities for ACMV industrial projects
- Prepare, evaluate, and manage tenders, including cost estimation and bid analysis
- Handle contract administration, including review of contract terms and variations
- Prepare project costing, budgets, and cost control reports
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters
- Evaluate progress claims, variations, and final accounts
- Ensure all project costs are monitored and aligned with budget requirements
- Support procurement and negotiation of subcontract works and materials
- Maintain proper documentation for all contractual and commercial matters
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in ACMV / M&E / industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of tendering, contract administration, and project costing
- Familiar with construction contracts and variation claims
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of QS software is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
