Step into a hands-on IT role where your work directly keeps our Singapore operations running smoothly — supporting users, troubleshooting real business challenges, and gaining practical exposure to a global corporate IT environment. This internship is designed for poly or degree students in IT-related fields who are eager to sharpen their problem-solving skills and build a strong foundation in IT service and support.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Deliver first-level IT support to local users, resolving common issues such as software installation, password resets, and peripheral device setup.
  • Log, track, and follow up on user support requests through the ticketing system, working closely with the senior TUS team.
  • Guide users on standard company applications and hardware, ensuring a smooth and positive support experience.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of IT equipment for new hires as part of the onboarding process.
  • Support the configuration, deployment, and inventory management of IT assets including laptops, monitors, and software licenses.
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting recurring issues, solutions, and routine maintenance tasks.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Foundational knowledge of Windows OS, basic IT troubleshooting, and hardware or peripheral support.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications; prior hands-on experience is a plus but not required.
  • A genuine interest in technology and user support, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users.
  • A collaborative team player who is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative when needed.
