Project Director

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organisation in the property development industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Construction Project Director as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Vice President.

THE ROLE

The Construction Project Director is responsible for:

• Lead the overall project from planning, design, construction, to final handover
• Manage budget, schedule, and resources to meet project goals
• Oversee design, procurement, and contractor performance to ensure quality delivery
• Work closely with stakeholders, partners, and authorities for smooth project execution
• Identify risks and solve project issues quickly to keep progress on track

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field
• At least 12 years of experience in construction, including 10 years in a senior leadership role, with experience delivering at least 2 full mixed-use projects as Project Director.
• Good understanding of project management, budgeting, and construction work
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
