Department Head, Business Unit HR

- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources activities across multiple countries

- Support organizational transformation, change management, and business integration initiatives

- Lead cross-functional projects involving stakeholders from multiple business functions

- HR Lead for legal integration and consolidation of various international legal entities

- Lead, administer and feed Global Talent Management pipeline and build common talent pool, increase talent mobility, introduce Secondment Tool, actively perform HR development globally

- Manage and develop a global HR team, fostering collaboration, capability building and continuous improvement

- Assist the HR business partners in delivering HR services and guidance to management, department heads and team members on all HR-related matters

- At least 8 years’ experience in HR roles to cover broad HR topics

- In-depth understanding of HR processes, best practices, innovative global HR trends, HRIS, training & development measures, organizational development, and sales & marketing in relevant industry

- Master’s degree in human resource, work & organizational psychology with excellent credentials

- Possess experience and track record in a complex matrix global environment

- HR certification & accreditation from recognized HR professional bodies

- Excellent communication and coaching skills with people at all levels of a global organization

- Proactive personality and characteristics to combine various topics quickly

- This role requires frequent business travel

- Ability to understand cultural differences and work efficiently with cross-culture, cross-border teams
