Job Summary

You will manage client specifications, coordinate supplier sourcing, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of interior furnishing orders.

Responsibilities

• Gather client and designer specifications and accurately calculate or measure quantities from floorplan drawings to support project planning
• Prepare and deliver product samples and detailed quotations for client approval to facilitate decision-making
• Coordinate timely delivery of orders, ensuring all delivery orders comply with purchase orders and delivery order verification
• Source and obtain quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers to secure competitive pricing
• Identify and recommend new suppliers by calling for quotations and evaluating options to enhance supplier base
• Follow up on product quality complaints and collaborate with suppliers and engineers to resolve quality issues promptly
• Process and generate purchase orders (PO) and requisition orders (RO) to maintain accurate procurement records
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and project needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to read and understand construction and interior detailed drawings to ensure accurate quantity calculations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and manage data efficiently
• Relevant working experience in the Commercial Interior Industry preferred to enhance job performance
• Positive attitude, hardworking, energetic, and able to work independently with initiative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members
• Mature team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently
