Your impact
Our Life Sciences Team are expanding and would like to hire a Process Architecture Lead.
Main Duties
Design, innovation and Leadership: Drive the design development, provide new design ideas, optimization of clean manufacturing and laboratory processes, ensuring operability, maintainability, compliance, and efficiency across the manufacturing building.
Regulatory compliance expertise: Ensure alignment and compliances to the industry standards (GMP, FDA, EMA, etc) and local Singapore Authority regulation (and proactively integrate quality assurance into workflows.
Collaboration and communication: Work together as a team with the client and various other stakeholders to translate the cross functional requirement into a robust & sustainable solution.
Mentorship and governance: Lead and mentor the junior team members, guide the team through the project and discipline frameworks and establish best practices as continuous improvement.
Here's what you'll need
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess minimum Bachelor of Architecture with minimum 10 years of experience in leading and designing life science/pharmaceutical type of facilities in Singapore. Candidates should be familiar and proficient in software, and calculations applied in this field.
