Requires Strong knowledge of ERP, Planning systems combined with excellent analytical skills, challenges conventional thinking by applying new perspectives and leveraging existing solutions to address business needs.

Self driven and proactive with ability to build new processes and tools to allow planning systems evolvements . Works independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and taking ownership of deliverables and outcomes.

Ability to manage and drive continuous improvement projects . Strong analytical skills to assess , build and solve issues at both macro and micro level

Key Responsibilities

  • Member of the Optimization and Modeling team within the AGS Global Operations organization, responsible for designing, enhancing, and integrating business processes across ERP and Service Parts Planning systems (Servigistics or equivalent platforms).
  • Lead the implementation, and enhancement of ERP and planning system capabilities to support evolving business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on demand planning, inventory optimization, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve service parts planning, forecasting, and optimization processes, ensuring measurable business impact and performance gains.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance forecasting, inventory optimization, and analytical models to support effective decision-making.
  • Enable advanced simulation and scenario-planning capabilities within the planning organization to support strategic and operational planning.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to implement AI and advanced analytics solutions that enhance planning effectiveness, improve analytical capabilities, and increase organizational productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system and process solutions that support global service supply chain operations.

Functional Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of aftermarket service supply chain goals, service level targets, and business objectives.
  • Solid knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory optimization methodologies, and planning models.
  • Experience in Service Parts Planning processes and systems is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive successful outcomes.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify improvement opportunities, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

Business Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Materials products, AGS business processes, or equivalent experience within a service supply chain and aftermarket environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry best practices and how functional areas integrate across the end-to-end supply chain and business ecosystem.
  • Awareness of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and key differentiators that drive organizational success and customer value.
  • Ability to align technical, process, and analytical solutions with broader business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrates business acumen and a customer-focused mindset when evaluating opportunities, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in SQL (Mandatory): Strong ability to query, manipulate, analyze, and optimize large datasets to support planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) Tools (Mandatory): Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools for data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of Forecasting and Optimization Methods (Mandatory) : Deep understanding of statistical forecasting techniques, inventory optimization models, and demand planning methodologies.
  • Expertise in at Least One Planning Application (Mandatory): Strong experience with planning platforms such as Servigistics, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, or equivalent supply chain planning solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP Customization and Integration (Preferred): Understanding of ERP systems and customizations, with experience supporting business process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Proficiency in Python (Preferred): Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, forecasting, optimization, and advanced analytics.
  • Experience with Databricks (Preferred): Familiarity with Databricks and modern data engineering/analytics platforms for large-scale data processing, advanced analytics, and AI/ML applications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 5-8 years of Relevant Experience
