HR Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, managing their journey throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manage job postings across platforms.
  • Support onboarding activities and facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation, such as contracts and confirmation letters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and monthly HR administrative tasks.
  • Track probation reviews, contract renewals, and manage leave administration.
  • Aid in processing work pass applications and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and respond to HR inquiries.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in HR process enhancements and policy revisions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong background in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Sound understanding of Singapore Employment Act and relevant regulations.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
