Job Description:

• Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling

• Process referrals and payments

• Serve as the first point of contact for patient enquiries

• Support basic health screening activities (e.g. height, weight, blood pressure measurement)

• Make outbound calls to patients to follow up on requests or provide support

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course
