Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture (P&C) Intern for a 6-month internship to gain hands-on experience in core HR operations at a mid-tier audit firm, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and HR administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing staff documentation and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing internal HR communications
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and upkeep of HR records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, CSR initiatives, and recruitment events to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Contribute to HR digitalization efforts by supporting migration to new payroll and leave management systems
  • Validate HR data, digitize documents, and participate in process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of AI-related HR tools

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support daily HR operations
  • Comfortable performing hands-on administrative work involving documentation and data management
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Able to commit full-time for 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026)
