Position: Technician

Base Location: Singapore

Department: Engineering

Reporting to: Duty Technician

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Attend to guest feedback/request
• Carry out inspections of MEP plant rooms and system
• Record utility consumption
• Carry out daily routine inspections of public areas
• Carry out guestroom preventive maintenance
• Carry out public areas, F&B outlets, and function room preventive maintenance
• Carry out breakdown and repair of equipment
• Respond to emergency incidents

Key Requirements

• Higher NITEC / NITEC in Building Services / Elec / Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in hotel / commercial buildings
• Able to work weekends/shifts and Public holidays
• Train in the following, First Aid, Respond to Fire in the Workplace, Respond to Fire Emergencies in Building
