HSSE Manager (Renewable Energy)

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HSSE assurance frameworks, ensuring consistent implementation of global safety management systems and compliance with corporate standards across regional and international operations.
- Conduct risk-based audits, inspections, and maturity assessments to evaluate HSSE performance, identify gaps, and drive timely closure of corrective actions.
- Review and strengthen HSSE governance, leadership accountability, roles, responsibilities, and critical control processes to enhance operational safety and risk management.
- Oversee the integrity of HSSE performance data, leverage analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and drive digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance safety performance.
- Lead incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs while promoting knowledge sharing and lessons learned across business units and geographies.
- Develop and deliver HSSE training programs to strengthen safety awareness, competency, and compliance at all levels of the organization, including frontline operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in HSE
- Experience in Renewable Energy Industry
- Regional experience will be a plus
