Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

· Plan schedules for specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilizing available manpower and equipment.

· Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery.

· Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.

· Experienced in cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste.

· Perform cleaning in the premises using appropriate ride-on machinery and/or equipment with supplies as directed.

· Respond proactively and resolve and prevent all customer service situations.

· Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

· In good physical health and able to work under pressure

· Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Bilingual in English and other local languages

· Diploma Holder and above

· 3–5 years housekeeping / cleaning supervisory experience
