  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain calendars for managers or departments.
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation when required.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes.
  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
  • Maintain employee, client, and vendor records.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
