- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Maintain calendars for managers or departments.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation when required.
- Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes.
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
- Maintain employee, client, and vendor records.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
