Avaloq Business Analyst l 12-month contract

Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders across business and IT teams.
Translate business needs into clear specifications for technology teams.
Support solution design, testing, and validation within Agile or iterative delivery models.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements, particularly in regional or multi-location implementations.
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and system changes.

Experience with banking and investment platforms such as Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, or FinIQ.
Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments.
In-depth understanding of system integration and end-to-end solution delivery.
Ability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
Self-driven and able to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
Prior experience in Banking / Wealth Management business functions OR hands-on experience with Avaloq (functional and/or technical).
