Roles and Responsibilities

Supports the planning and execution of corporate communications initiatives, with a focus on media relations, social media management, patient education content, and monthly media reporting.

Manages and publicises public and corporate key events, such as Public Forum, Staff Dinner and Dance, etc

Supports fundraising communications for NSC Health Fund

Proactive and inquisitive in understanding stakeholders needs in order to deliver effective and well-coordinated communications.

Assist in responding to or coordinating patient relations queries when required.

Requirements

Minimum Degree qualification

At least 3-5 years of working experience

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Media tools (Canva, AI, CapCut) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Meticulous with an eye for detail

Able to multi-task, work independently and also be a good team player.

Experience in healthcare or service industries will be an advantage

Candidate with more relevant experience may be considered for a Senior position
