Business Development & Sales Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for sales and channel development of hair growth and scalp care, eye care, and pain management products in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new clients across beauty salons, scalp care centres, TCM clinics, medical clinics, pharmacies, and rehabilitation centres to expand market reach
  • Deliver product presentations and conduct client visits to demonstrate product benefits and build relationships
  • Lead business negotiations and partnership discussions to secure agreements and collaborations
  • Manage follow-ups on product training, restocking, repeat purchases, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by executing strategic sales plans and monitoring market trends
  • Gather and analyze market and competitor insights to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in the beauty industry, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, health supplements, or healthcare products
  • Familiarity with B2B sales, institutional clients, and channel development
  • Existing contacts within Singapore’s beauty, medical, TCM, pharmacy, or rehabilitation sectors
  • For Assistant Manager: 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • For Manager: At least 3 years of relevant experience; channel development or team management experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
