Key Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Account/Delivery management with strong technology background with SailPoint, .Net Technologies and ESRI ArcGIS.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Singapore public sector customer projects with understanding of their processes and requirements.
  • Experience Business strategist, planning and manage multimillion-dollar projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains.
  • Strong experience working with designing, managing, and improving cloud systems.
  • Experience in handling end to end pre-sales activities especially seasoned pre-sales/solution provider for Singapore government tenders
  • Good understanding of cloud security, data protection, and following government or industry rules and standards.
  • Proven track record of working on large, critical systems that require high reliability and performance.
  • Ability to work closely with business users, technical teams, and partners to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  • Strong ability to identify issues and fix complex technical problems, while guiding and supporting team members.
  • Excellent communicator; leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.
  • Expert in agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Good understanding of AWS cloud and DevSecOps,
  • Experience in process automation and AI initiatives.
  • Experience in HR system and SAP Finance are added advantages.
  • Strong customer focuses awareness and can evaluate activity against identified customer needs and demonstrates commitment to the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a resource forecast, Project planning, decisions and actions log.
  • End to end delivery responsibility of implementation, Upgrade, Transformation and Maintenance projects.
  • Manage and involve the tender proposal as part of delivery team to provide solution, effort estimation and commercials.
  • Partner with customer stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions supported by clear and effective communication
  • Manage the change control process, incident/problem/ Risk management and associate logs and documentation.
  • Enable secure integration and data exchange across government and enterprise platforms.
  • Lead cloud security and compliance, proactively managing risks in line with public sector standards.
  • Monitor, optimize, and enhance platform performance, stability, and user experience.
  • Review and approve technical designs and resolve complex cloud, integration, and security challenges.
