Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and liaise with courier service providers to ensure seamless delivery processes.

  • Process daily sales submissions through the intranet platform and ensure completion within the 2-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Manage the delivery failure intranet portal by promptly submitting reported cases from couriers.

  • Manage the Local delivery intranet portal by promptly arranging the carrier supports.

  • Monitor daily courier shipment loads, taking proactive measures to ensure SLAs are consistently met.

  • Address inquiries via phone calls /WhatsApp / Microsoft team and emails from sales teams or couriers regarding shipment status.

  • Plan and oversee bulk shipment deliveries, coordinating details with couriers to ensure smooth operations.

  • Provide clear and precise instructions to couriers/movers regarding shipment details, Proof of Delivery (POD), cash, or cheque collection.

  • Act swiftly to resolve shipment issues, maintaining communication with couriers.

  • Organize freight quotes and transportation arrangements for special handling and project-related shipments in collaboration with outsourced couriers or movers

  • Coordinate with Sales team on daily shipments.

  • Coordinate with inter operation dept to achieve the operations SLA

  • Supporting trade shows on and offsite

  • Supporting cycle/ inventory counts.

  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Familiarity with air/sea shipment processes and shipping documentation

  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools like Microsoft Office / SAP application

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience in warehouse / supply chain management is advantageous

  • Comfortable to work in warehouse setting

  • Ability to work independently and as a team

  • Fast-paced environment
