Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate the company’s supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities. The Logistics Manager will ensure products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time while maintaining high service standards and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and experience managing logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations and supply chain processes

Coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities

Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners

Negotiate transportation rates and service agreements

Track inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures

Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify process improvements

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs requirements, and company policies

Manage logistics budgets and control operational costs

Lead and supervise logistics staff, warehouse teams, and coordinators

Resolve shipping delays, transportation issues, and customer complaints

Implement logistics software systems and reporting tools

Prepare operational reports and forecasts for senior management
