Finance cum Admin Executive

Join a dynamic team as an Accounting Specialist, where you will manage comprehensive accounting functions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while preparing critical financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts and manage month-end closing activities.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

• Conduct bank and account reconciliations, preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports.

• Prepare for annual audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion.

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and local authorities to verify compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

• Ensure the timely preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory documents.

• Handle Internet banking and cheque transactions.

• Provide administrative support to other departments as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing full sets of accounts.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are advantageous.

• Experience in handling Trade Finance accounts will be beneficial.

• Strong independent judgment, professionalism, and integrity.

• Ability to work independently with a proactive, organized, and meticulous approach.

• Excellent communication skills.
