Responsibilities

About the team

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is an entrepreneurial and ambitious client group.

  • Develop branded products (premium ads, standard feeds, creators, IP packages, etc. )strategies, define business priorities, and formulate key operational strategies based on business objectives.
  • Work closely with teams to understand the needs, goals, and marketing pain points of key market clients, and provide corresponding product solutions.
  • Conduct market research and collect product feedback, while collaborating with product teams to drive product optimization.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and client operations teams to advance product GTM and market education, in order to support revenue target achievement.
  • Based on business and product goals, build brand methodologies, establish metric systems, and create scalable mechanisms for business analysis and monitoring.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have a deep understanding of overseas culture, brand communication, and consumer behavior.
  • 3+ years of experience in overseas or international brand product operations, media strategy, market research, or consulting; North America experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mainstream internet products, such as brand advertising, auction-based advertising, and creative ecosystems; hands-on experience with internet platform advertising is preferred.
  • Strong data sensitivity and logical thinking, with the ability to independently analyze business and product opportunities.
  • Solid project management experience, with the ability to lead communication for complex projects and present outcomes effectively; cross-country market project experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, usable as working languages, and able to communicate smoothly with overseas clients and agencies.
