At Yacht Luxe, we're looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Yacht Charter Sales Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable yacht charter experiences.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable yachts based on their group size, occasion, and budget
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with yacht crews, vendors, and the operations team to ensure smooth charter arrangements
• Assist clients with pre-charter planning, including itineraries, catering, decorations, and special requests
• Attend yacht viewings with clients when required
• Build strong client relationships through excellent after-sales service

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training and mentorship will be provided
• Candidates with prior experience in sales, hospitality, events, luxury services, or customer service will have an advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele (ability to converse confidently in Mandarin is a strong advantage)
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• A fast learner with good problem-solving ability and adaptability
• Responsible, self-disciplined, and able to work independently in a work-from-home environment
• Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
• Flexible and able to manage last-minute requests in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel to marinas for client yacht viewings when required
• Comfortable using mobile and digital tools such as WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and other online platforms
