Basic Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,000

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
6 Days Off Per Month
Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers professionally
Manage appointments and bookings
Reply to WhatsApp messages, phone calls and customer enquiries
Handle cashiering and payment transactions
Support daily outlet operations
Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
Friendly, well-groomed and customer-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Prior experience in reception, retail or beauty industry is an advantage (training provided for suitable candidates)
Able to work weekends and public holidays
