Job Summary

Manage and optimize daily operations of online sales channels to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Support retail operations and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and maintain accurate product and inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and EPOS platforms to ensure smooth sales processes
• Create and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and detailed product information
• Upload new products with precise descriptions, images, and specifications to enhance customer experience
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment with the warehouse team
• Process online orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds promptly to maintain operational efficiency
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales to boost sales performance
• Analyze store performance, sales trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Generate weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports to track business metrics
• Synchronize product pricing and inventory across all sales channels to ensure consistency
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches and promotional campaigns for maximum impact
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues to maintain excellent customer satisfaction
• Support retail operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant e-commerce experience
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and EPOS platforms
• Good understanding of online marketplace operations and order fulfilment processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills applied in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the beauty, retail, or FMCG industry is an advantage
