Position: Sales & Operations Coordinator (Administration)

Location: North Singapore

Working hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our daily administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating with different departments, handling customer orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, delivery orders (DO), shipping memos, credit notes (CN), and debit notes (DN).Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes.

  • Process and manage customer orders received through various platforms.

  • Update and maintain customer and sales records accurately.

  • Follow up on billing discrepancies and resolve documentation issues.

  • Liaise closely with the Finance, Sales, and Production teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

  • Maintain organised filing systems and company documents.

  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or operations coordination role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates in the course of work.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
