Position: Sales & Operations Coordinator (Administration)
Location: North Singapore
Working hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm)
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and organised Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our daily administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating with different departments, handling customer orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, delivery orders (DO), shipping memos, credit notes (CN), and debit notes (DN).Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes.
Process and manage customer orders received through various platforms.
Update and maintain customer and sales records accurately.
Follow up on billing discrepancies and resolve documentation issues.
Liaise closely with the Finance, Sales, and Production teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain organised filing systems and company documents.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or operations coordination role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates in the course of work.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
