Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM professionals to lead the implementation of a specific module within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep functional or technical expertise in one of the following areas:
- Functional Modules: Core HR, Absence/Time, Learning, Expenses, Workforce Planning
- Technical Streams: Integration Middleware (OIC, SOA, ESB), Historical Data Migration (HDL, HCM Data Loader)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of your assigned Oracle HCM module.
- Facilitate business workshops to gather and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Configure workflows, business rules, and security roles in alignment with organizational policies.
- Oversee the development and delivery of RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Collaborate closely with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure seamless cross-module and cross-system functionality.
- Design and execute test scenarios and scripts; lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for your module.
- Deliver end-user training, quick-reference guides, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide subject matter expertise during cut-over planning and post-go-live support (hypercare).
- Monitor Oracle HCM quarterly updates relevant to your module and plan controlled rollouts.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and in related fields.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in the specific Oracle HCM module you are applying for.
- In-depth understanding of relevant HR business processes (e.g., workforce scheduling for Absence/Time, expense policies for Expenses).
- For Integration Leads: Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and REST/SOAP web services.
- For Data Migration Leads: Advanced proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, and ETL tools.
- Experience in large-scale HR cloud transformation projects, preferably across multiple geographies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams.
