What’s in it for you
The Chef De Partie is responsible for overseeing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the efficient operation of the kitchen.
We are looking for someone who is
- Experienced in Western and / or Local cuisine
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Proactive, with strong coordination skills
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté)
Prepare and cook dishes to high-quality standards
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste
Ensure SOPs, and hygiene practices are followed
