Responsibilities
- Manage general administrative duties, including document preparation and filing
- Support daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Perform monthly accounting tasks such as invoice management and basic bookkeeping
- Compile financial reports and prepare invoices accurately and on time
- Liaise with external accounting firms for financial coordination
- Assist the sales team with preparation of materials and responses to inquiries
- Maintain and update customer information and sales-related documentation
- Coordinate with partner companies and clients to manage communications and inquiries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevant experience in administrative and basic accounting functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in invoice processing, bookkeeping, or financial reporting
