Accounts Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Manager in daily accounting operations. The role mainly involves daily data entry, document checking, filing, and basic accounts support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting data entry
- Assist in checking and organizing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounts documents
- Update and maintain basic AP, AR, payment, and receipt records
- Assist with filing and proper record keeping of accounting documents
- Support the Accounts Manager in daily accounts operations
- Perform other basic administrative and accounts-related duties when required
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or accounts assistant experience
- Basic accounting knowledge and data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Familiar with accounting software will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently, follow proper accounting procedures, and provide reliable support to the Accounts Manager
- Good communication skills and responsible working attitude
