Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Manager in daily accounting operations. The role mainly involves daily data entry, document checking, filing, and basic accounts support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting data entry
  • Assist in checking and organizing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounts documents
  • Update and maintain basic AP, AR, payment, and receipt records
  • Assist with filing and proper record keeping of accounting documents
  • Support the Accounts Manager in daily accounts operations
  • Perform other basic administrative and accounts-related duties when required

Requirements

  • Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or accounts assistant experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge and data entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
  • Familiar with accounting software will be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently, follow proper accounting procedures, and provide reliable support to the Accounts Manager
  • Good communication skills and responsible working attitude
