Discipline Teacher

Responsibilities
- Assist the school’s Discipline Team in monitoring and managing student punctuality, including tracking late-comers and maintaining proper records
- Support the management of students placed on detention or suspension, ensuring compliance with school procedures
- Conduct regular patrolling within and around the school compound during and after school hours to maintain discipline and safety
- Assist in the investigation of student disciplinary cases by gathering information and supporting documentation of incidents
- Provide basic guidance and support to students involved in disciplinary cases, encouraging positive behaviour and adherence to school values
- Provide administrative and operational support for school events,including logistics coordination, setup, and on-site assistance
- Support staff during school events to ensure smooth operations and effective student management
- Perform any other duties related to schooldiscipline and operations as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education
- At least 1 year of working experience working with students/teenagers, preferably in the area of discipline management
- Good team player
- Possess good people skills and able toengage students, contact parents and liaise with teachers; demonstrate spatience and empathy
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve targets set
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, sufficient toperform day-to-day administrative tasks independently
