Senior Teacher for PG to Nursery Class

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Teacher to lead early childhood education for children aged 2 to 4 years, fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment using Montessori, Project Approach, and Thematic learning methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Montessori, Project Approach, and Thematic learning activities to promote holistic development for children aged 2 to 4 years
• Manage and support children with behavioural challenges using positive and respectful strategies to enhance their learning experience
• Create a warm, patient, and inclusive classroom environment that ensures safety and engagement for all children
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support children’s progress and wellbeing
• Apply 10+ years of early childhood teaching experience to develop age-appropriate curriculum and learning outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant teaching experience in early childhood education
• Minimum degree in Early Childhood Education

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Montessori method, Project Approach, and Thematic learning
