• Provide excellent customer service and attend to customer enquiries
• Promote products and take customer orders
• Perform cashiering and payment handling duties
• Prepare food and beverages according to outlet standards
• Support daily outlet operations
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, food hygiene, and housekeeping standards
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
