Accounts Admin Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounts admin to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day administrative accounts-related tasks, including managing invoices, processing receipts, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining records.
Job Description
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices
- Match purchase orders to invoices
- Generate and send client invoices, and monitor incoming payments
- Follow up politely but firmly on overdue accounts
- Maintain up-to-date records through data entry into our CRM and accounting software
- Maintain a secure, well-organized digital and physical filing system for financial records
Job Highlights
- Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
