Accounts Admin Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounts admin to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day administrative accounts-related tasks, including managing invoices, processing receipts, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining records.

Job Description

  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices
  • Match purchase orders to invoices
  • Generate and send client invoices, and monitor incoming payments
  • Follow up politely but firmly on overdue accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date records through data entry into our CRM and accounting software
  • Maintain a secure, well-organized digital and physical filing system for financial records

Job Highlights
