Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership – Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with workforce needs and organizational objectives.
  • Employee Relations & Lifecycle Management – Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and end-to-end lifecycle processes (onboarding, promotions, transfers, offboarding).
  • Talent Acquisition – Manage internship and graduate hiring programmes, including campus outreach, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Employer Branding – Drive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through career fairs, university partnerships, and talent attraction campaigns.
  • Work Pass & Immigration Management – Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related compliance matters.
  • HR Data & Analytics – Generate workforce insights and HR reports to support business decision-making, while maintaining data integrity in Workday.
  • HR Projects & Collaboration – Support HR transformation initiatives, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration (Payroll, L&D) to deliver a seamless employee experience
