We are hiring Customer Care Officer to be outsourced to our clients

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries through voice and non-voice channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints relating to utility accounts, billing matters, account opening and termination, bill adjustments, and consumption-related issues.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure productivity and quality targets are consistently achieved.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Support other administrative and operational duties as assigned
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact centre or customer service environment handling voice and/or non-voice channels is an added advantage.

Location: Geylang Bahru / Potong Pasir Mrt

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm

Salary: up to $2,800
