Operate injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and semi/full automation systems to manufacture and assemble medical components.
Monitor machine parameters, cycle times, and material flow to ensure stable production and product consistency.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of molded parts, identify defects, and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Record hourly production data, rejects, and process deviations accurately in production logs.
Comply with ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, cleanroom, hygiene, and all workplace safety and PPE requirements.
Detect and report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, and process abnormalities to supervisors, and assist with minor machine adjustments when required.
Carry out basic machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and support equipment upkeep to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S principles and company standards.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Company, Manager, or Supervisor as required.
