!Production Operator (Clean Room Environment) - North area

Position: Production Operator

Location: Marsiling, Singapore

Working Hours: 7 PM to 7 AM (Night Shift)

Work Days: 6 Days work (Sunday off)

Headcount Required: 30 pax

Job Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly operations in a clean room manufacturing environment.
• Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct visual inspection and quality checks on products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Handle, assemble, and package products with care and precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all safety, quality, and clean room protocols.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, defects, or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Support other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Candidates with manufacturing or clean room experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to commit to permanent night shift hours (7 PM to 7 AM).
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a highly controlled clean room environment.
• Able to follow instructions and comply with strict operational procedures.

Clean Room Environment Requirements

Employees are required to adhere to strict clean room standards, including:

• Strict Dress Code: No makeup, hairspray, perfume, or jewellery is permitted within the clean room environment.
• Gowning Procedures: Employees must wear lint-free clean room attire, including suits, hoods, masks, gloves, and boots. The gowning process may take approximately 15 minutes prior to entering the clean room.
• Controlled Movements: Employees are required to move slowly and carefully within the clean room to minimize particle generation and maintain environmental integrity.
